FAQ

  • Do I have to drink alcohol?

Not at all! The wine is just the icebreaker. We always have premium 0.0% non-alcoholic options available at every single event, and we serve them in the exact same beautiful glassware. For us, it’s about the connection, not the percentage.

  • I don’t have anyone to go with. Can I come alone?

Absolutely—in fact, we encourage it! Over 90% of our guests show up completely on their own. We handle the seating, the icebreakers, and the introductions so you don't have to worry about a thing. You will walk in solo, and walk out with a brand-new circle of friends.

  • I’m shy and new to London. Will it be awkward?

We know exactly how intimidating it is to walk into a room of strangers, which is why we completely skip the awkward networking vibes. We guide the intros, provide optional conversation prompt cards, and keep the environment totally pressure-free. Plus, booking a ticket gets you instant access to our active 300+ member WhatsApp community—so you'll have friendly faces waiting for you before you even arrive.

  • What exactly is included in my ticket?

Because we host everything from casual pop-ups to 12-hour immersive retreats, every event is a little different—so always check the specific event page. But one rule never changes: we handle everything upfront. There are no complicated group bills at the end of the night. You just show up and enjoy.

  • What is your refund policy?

Because we are a small business that partners with independent venues, chefs, and practitioners, we have to pay for our spaces and supplies in advance. Because of this, tickets are non-refundable. However, if an event is completely sold out, we can try to help you transfer your ticket to someone on our waitlist!

  • Do I need ID? What about photos?

All of our events are strictly 18+, and some of our venues operate a Challenge 25 policy, so please bring your ID. As for photos, we love capturing the vibe for our social media, but we completely respect your privacy. We operate on an opt-in basis—just ask a host for a "no photos" sticker at the door if you'd prefer to stay off-camera.
