After our debut Italian night sold out before we could even post it, we knew we had to bring the magic back for June.
This time, we’re going bigger, bolder, and more personal. While our first dinner was a beautiful "hello," this second event is the Full Signature W2 Experience. We’ve teamed up with the incredible Caity, the creative force behind W2 Supper Club, to host a night that celebrates the art of the dinner party.
If you haven't been following Caity’s journey at [@W2SupperClub], you’re in for a treat. Known for her "abundant" approach to hosting, Caity doesn't just cook; she curates. From the hand-picked floral arrangements and vintage tablescaping to the "just out of the oven" timing of every course, her flat in W2 transforms into a hidden Parisian bistro for one night only.
Designed to be shared, savoured, and enjoyed slowly.
I. The Welcome: Warm, savory French cheese pastries (Gougères) served directly from the oven as you arrive.
II. The Starter: A seasonal savory tart baked in Caity's signature all-butter pastry.
III. The Mid-Course:La Petite Salade, a crisp, bright palate cleanser tossed in a sharp Champagne vinaigrette.
IV. The Main Event:Bœuf Brave, rich, melt-in-your-mouth slow-braised beef served with garlicky whipped Pomme Purée and blistered green beans.
V. The Finale: A chilled Dark Chocolate Pot de Crème with a dollop of fresh vanilla cream.
VI. The W2 Special: A little something extra, a handcrafted takeaway gift for you to enjoy.
BYOB To keep things flexible, this event is Bring Your Own Bottle. Whether you want to pair the beef with a bold Bordeaux or the chocolate with a sweet dessert wine, feel free to bring along your favorites to enjoy throughout the night.
